What we collect

When you send a request for quotation we receive the details you enter — name, company, email, phone, country, products of interest and your message — together with the page you sent it from and the time. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this website.

Local storage on your device

Your inquiry list and comparison selections are stored in your own browser (localStorage) so they survive page changes. They are not sent to us until you submit the RFQ form, and you can clear them at any time by clearing site data.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request, prepare quotations and follow up on that business inquiry. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the business relationship and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, and then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by writing to inquiry@shkeling.com.
