The Keling KL-LED-ST45 is a ceiling-mounted LED surgical lamp delivering ≥80,000 lux at 1 m, designed specifically for dental implant surgery and minor surgical procedures, featuring precise spectral control that filters UV and blue light to extend the curing time of dental composite restorations, manufactured by Keling Medical (Jiangsu Keling Medical Appliances Co., Ltd.) for dental clinics, hospitals and medical distributors. The lamp uses optical PC anti-glare lenses and high thermal conductivity heat dissipation technology and is available in single-dome (ST45) and double-dome (ST45/ST45) ceiling configurations.
The KL-LED-ST45 is Keling Medical's ceiling-mounted LED surgical light optimized for dental implant surgery and general minor surgery procedures. Unlike general-purpose operating lamps that output the full visible spectrum, the KL-LED-ST45 incorporates precise spectral band control to filter UV and blue wavelengths from its output. This feature is clinically significant in dental implant and restorative dentistry: the blue-light component of standard operating lights can prematurely initiate photopolymerization of composite resin restoration materials, shortening the surgeon's working window. The KL-LED-ST45's filtered spectrum extends the composite curing time, allowing more deliberate placement and shaping before initiating intentional curing.
The lamp is ceiling-mounted via a suspension arm, keeping the floor and procedure area clear of mobile equipment. With a lamp holder adjustable angle of ≥240°, the arm can be oriented across a wide arc to position the light head directly over the operative field regardless of patient chair or table orientation. The illumination depth of ≥100 cm ensures that the light penetrates to the depth of the oral cavity or wound without requiring repositioning. Color temperature is adjustable from 3,000 K to 6,700 K, and the color rendering index of Ra ≥ 85 ensures accurate tissue and restoration material color discrimination.
The KL-LED-ST45 is built with optical PC anti-glare lenses that reduce direct glare to clinicians working close to the light head in the dental operating position. High thermal conductivity heat dissipation technology maintains a low temperature rise at the lamp head and a heat-to-light ratio of ≤3.2 mW/m²lx, protecting patient and composite material from radiant heat. The removable handle sheath supports sterile field management between patients. Two procurement configurations are available: single-dome ceiling (KL-LED·ST45) and double-dome ceiling (KL-LED·ST45/ST45), each with the same per-dome specification. An optional camera integration is available on selected configurations.

The Keling KL-LED-ST45 is a ceiling-mounted LED surgical lamp used primarily for dental implant surgery and minor surgical procedures. It provides ≥80,000 lux of illumination at 1 m from a ceiling-mounted suspension arm, with a filtered spectrum that removes UV and blue light to extend the working time of dental composite restoration materials before curing. It is also suited to minor surgery, ENT, dermatology and outpatient procedure rooms where a ceiling-mounted lamp with precise spectral control is required.
The KL-LED-ST45 uses precise spectral band control within the LED optical system to selectively remove UV and short-wavelength blue light from the lamp's output. Standard white LEDs and halogen sources emit blue wavelengths that fall within the photopolymerization activation band of most dental composite resin materials (approximately 380–500 nm). By filtering these wavelengths, the KL-LED-ST45 slows or prevents premature initiation of the curing reaction under the operating light, giving the dental surgeon a longer window to place, shape and finish composite material before intentional curing with a dedicated curing light.
The KL-LED-ST45 single-dome configuration (KL-LED·ST45) provides one lamp head on a ceiling suspension arm. The double-dome configuration (KL-LED·ST45/ST45) mounts two lamp heads, each rated at ≥80,000 lux and 36 ± 10% VA, on the same ceiling arm, allowing the second head to be independently angled to illuminate the operative field from a second direction. The double-dome configuration is specified where a single lamp head leaves residual shadow at the sides of deep oral cavities or wound margins.
An optional camera can be integrated into selected KL-LED-ST45 configurations for procedure documentation, training and remote observation. Keling Medical (Jiangsu Keling Medical Appliances Co., Ltd.) supplies the KL-LED-ST45 to dental clinics, hospitals and medical equipment distributors on a wholesale basis, with OEM and private-label arrangements available.
